Return of the Arizona Land Real
Estate Market
For most of a decade Arizona has been one of the
hottest and growing real estate markets in the country.
Observers and investors have described the place "hot",
due to the continuous increases in Arizona real estate
prices both in the Valley of the Sun metro area and the
Casa Grande Corridor but also in Tucson and the
northern Arizona land.
Even in this downturn the area continues to attract
buyers and sellers. Starting from single-family homes,
condos or commercial properties prices in Arizona has
climbed steadily until the past 122-18 months, and is still
set to go again.
Arizona real estate appreciation is envied by other
states. The basic factors that attract people to the state
are fundamental and will soon be active again.
The secret behind the steady growth of Arizona real
estate values is the desirability of life here as opposed to
where people come from. The result is that for several
years the demand for homes in Arizona has been
relatively higher than the supply and the demand is
increasing further. That has cooled because of the
national housing slump, but the market should re4turn
here before in many other areas.
Arizona is now a well-established community for retirees.
The great weather most of the year, plus various more
than adequate recreational facilities for golf, hiking,
fishing and horse back riding attract all classes of people
from retirees to young families.
The milder climate of the northern Arizona High country
will be more attracting in the future as the hot desert
lowland becomes crowed.
These comfortable weather conditions and affordable
cost of living makes Arizona a sought after new home for
retirees or families escaping more crowded west coast
cities. For retirees Arizona can be a paradise with the
quietness' of the mountains and mild winters.
